Our mission is to help start a conversation about mental illness and encourage sufferers to seek help.

1 in 5 people in the United States have a mental illness. -MentalHealth.gov

We believe that one of the key aspects of eliminating the stigma against mental illnesses is to educate the public.

There is a common misconception that children can't experience a mental illness when in fact, half of all mental illnesses show signs before the age of 14. -MentalHealth.gov

We invite the public to come learn more about mental health at our "More Than a Stigma Night" and our annual benefit concert where we raise funds to support local mental health resources like The Behavioral Health Crisis Center of East Idaho.

Another common misconception is that people with mental illnesses are often violent and unpredictable. Really, most people with a mental illness are not violent and only 3%-5% of attacks can be attributed to someone with a serious mental illness. -MentalHealth.gov
